Seasoned Realtor and Land Manager Brian Shinn Joins Hurdle Land & Realty

With a home office based out of Loganville, Ga., an office in Greenville, S.C. and Nashville, Tenn., Hurdle Land & Realty specializes in offering affordable owner financed land options to purchasers at competitive rates. Hurdle has recently announced the addition of Brian Shinn to their growing team of professionals. With land holdings across the southeastern United States, including developments in Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama it was imperative that Hurdle bring on an experience manager that could help maintain properties. Shinn will be mainly tasked with management of Hurdle’s collection of rural properties covering north Georgia and central South Carolina around the Interstate 20 corridor.

With more than fifteen years of experience in real estate sales Brian Shinn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Hurdle Land & Realty team. He explained that his approach is more about focusing on the client’s needs rather than selling a piece of land. “I really enjoy working with people to find that perfect property - that space they can truly call their own. All of our farms give owners the opportunity to take a piece of land and turn it into something special and unique to them.”

Shinn also manages the brokerage side of the sister business, Hurdle Brokerage. In addition to his fifteen plus years of experience he is also a member of the Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors.

Shinn lives in Monroe, Ga. with his wife and two boys. The family enjoys a variety of activities such as attending the boy’s baseball, karate and Cub Scout events. When Shinn is not helping people find a place to call their own he enjoys gardening, camping and boating at Lake Sinclair.
