Our Simple Process
Hurdle strives to make owning your own land an easy straightforward process. They work with their clients one-on-one.
The process of purchasing your own piece of property has never been so simple!
1. Call Us
It is that simple. We can answer your questions. We will get you the information you need to make a decision. Remember, we are here to help!
2. Receive Requested Info
Once you’ve decided what interests you, we’ll send a detailed package or direct you to a webpage with all the information you need.
3. Look at the Land
Visit the property at your leisure. Walk around, imagine its potential, and take your time deciding. We won’t send a salesman—this is your personal decision. If you need help, let us know.
4. Contact Hurdle
Once you’ve made that decision, tell us what you’re interested in and we will get some basic information from you. Then you’ll send us the $295 down payment.
5. Sign and Notarize
After receiving the down payment, we’ll send the sales contract. Review and sign it, then take the Closing Packet to a Notary to sign in their presence.
6. Return Documents
Once you have signed the sales contract and the closing packet is notarized, keep a copy for yourself and send us back the originals.
Once we receive it back in our office, we are all done. Congratulations, you just purchased land from Hurdle!

All you are responsible for is your down payment, your monthly payment and future property taxes.
