6 Events in the Greater Atlanta Area to Get You in the Mood for the Holidays
The holidays are a great time to venture out from your newly purchased farmstead in Twiggs Co, GA to see all the festive events going on in the area. Whether you’d like to see a tree lighting, or find the perfect gifts for your loved ones at a local farmer’s market, there’s plenty to find down south.

5. The CHOA Christmas Parade (Atlanta, GA)

Ring in the season on the right note by attending one of the largest annual holiday parades on the East Coast. Bring your snacks and mittens to Peachtree Street early to get a good spot, and be ready to wave to Santa to welcome the Christmas season.
6. Annual Victorian Christmas (Thomasville, GA)

For any who would love to be transported back in time to see what Christmas may have looked like a hundred and fifty years ago, you won’t want to miss the 33rd annual event in downtown Thomasville.
